Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 24–48 hours after order confirmation. Orders are not processed or dispatched on public holidays.
Delivery Time
- UAE: 1–2 business days
- GCC & International: Delivery time varies depending on destination and courier service.
Shipping Charges
Within UAE:
- Free delivery on orders above AED 99
- AED 20 delivery charge for orders below AED 99
International Shipping:
- Shipping charges are calculated based on destination and courier rates.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available across the UAE.
Accepted payment methods:
- Cash
- Card (subject to courier availability)
Delivery Attempts
- Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 2 times.
- No additional charges for re-delivery within these attempts.
- Orders may be canceled after failed delivery attempts.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details. Create Scent & Co is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect address information.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order is damaged or lost during transit:
- Report the issue within 24 hours of delivery.
- A replacement will be arranged after verification.
